Block and mortar prices change by region, finish, and supplier. This calculator does not invent an “average local price.” Enter the quote you have. If a line is blank, it is left out of the total.

What is included

Material cost can include blocks (purchase count with waste), mortar bags, and grout if core fill is enabled. Delivery and labor are optional lump sums. Toggle any line off if it does not apply. Labor is often the largest variable; the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (opens in a new tab) publishes wage data for brickmasons and blockmasons that can help you check a labor quote.

USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, and EUR are available. The math is the same; only the currency label on the total changes.
